FREE Courier Delivery:
Deliveries to Western Europe, USA, Japan and Singapore are free. We have competitive rates for all other countries. Please send us a message if your country is not listed when checking out.


We ship orders from different warehouses worldwide including United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, USA, China, Canada, Mexico and Japan.


You may be required to pay any applicable duties and taxes on arrival of your purchase in your country. All deliveries are subject to stock availability and confirmation of your payment. We are unfortunately unable to specify the time at which the goods will be delivered to you. We require a signature to confirm receipt of your order. If you are away from home when the postman attempts delivery, a card will be left for you with instructions.


General Delivery Terms

Order tracking information will be provided as soon as your order is shipped.

Some postal addresses in Northern Ireland, some offshore islands and some remote areas of Great Britain may not be covered by our delivery services and we may not be able to arrange delivery of some items to such addresses. You will be notified of this when you place your order.

We do not deliver to post office boxes, as we require a signature for all deliveries.

Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods on the day we specify, we cannot guarantee delivery on that day or accept liability for deliveries made outside this timescale. Please allow 2 to 3 days for preparation of your order before shipping. Due to dealing directly with factories, we may sometimes experience delays if products have to be manufactured and we will notify you if this occurs. We cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries.

All items are subject to stock availability.

When we deliver your items, you will be asked to sign for the goods to acknowledge that you have received them.
