What's your return policy?

If you are not satisfied with your order, we will accept the return of items if you notify us within 14 days of the receipt of items, which must be in new, unused condition, with original tags attached and in the original packaging. 

All returned items must meet the terms of our return policy, or they will be sent back to you at your expense.

What's the return process?

We currently accept returns from these countries:

Email us and we'll send a prepaid shipping label to use for the return shipment. For returns using our prepaid shipping option, we will deduct the applicable amount to cover the return cost.

For orders with free shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. 

Returns are required to be shipped within 5 working days after the return shipping label is created after which the returns label will expire. Refunds will be unavailable after 14 days of the customer's receipt of items and the cost of an additional return shipping label will be deducted from the refund.

You will receive an email confirming the completion of your refund.
