The Return Terms below apply. We will accept returns if you notify us within 7 days of the receipt of your order and if you are unable to post the return within 14 days, please contact us.
What's your return policy?
If you are not satisfied with your order, we will accept the return of items if you contact us within 14 days of the receipt of items, which must be in new, unused, undamaged condition, in the original packaging with original accessories and tags included/attached.
Returns must be posted within 14 days of your order being delivered to you.
All returned items must meet the terms of our return policy, or they will be sent back to you at your expense.
Once we receive your return our team will carry out a quality assessment and if it is returned damaged, used or tags removed, we will not be able to refund the order.
Clearance Sale items cannot be returned.
What's the return process?
We offer free shipping on all our products, however customers will have to bear the postage/shipping cost of returns to us. Please note that return postage costs will be deducted from customer refunds.
We will process your refund once your return is received, inspected and accepted and you will receive an email confirming your refund. Refunds will be reflected in your original order payment source within 10 business days.

If your item is damaged on delivery to you, please send us an email with photo(s) attached at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will respond with a solution within 24 hours.
