HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Browse through our products to find what you want by using the menu along the top of the screen. If you know exactly what you want, use the search function at the top right of the screen to quickly locate your item.

Choose the colour (if applicable) and number of items you want and click on the "Add to Cart" button. You can then go on shopping until you are ready to pay. If you wish to view the products in your shopping basket while you are shopping, click on "CART" button at the top right hand side of the page.

When you have chosen all of your items, click on the "CART" button and follow the very simple instructions on the right side of the screen through to our secure checkout process.

 

CAN I PLACE ORDERS IN MY LOCAL CURRENCY?

You can place orders in your local currency, by selecting your currency from the currency list at the top of every page. If your local currency is not listed please contact us and we will add it to the list.

 

I DID NOT RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL

Please check your email junk folder and add us to your safe list. If you still have not received your order confirmation email, please contact us.

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET A RESPONSE?

Customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. We will do our best to reply to you within the day you send your email, and no longer than 24 hours.

 

IS THERE A WARRANTY FOR YOUR PRODUCTS?

We provide a one year warranty for our leather as well as canvas with leather products. Please contact us if you have additional questions.

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

For handmade products, please allow up to 5 days for your product to be hand-made and 5 to 10 days for delivery of your order. A shipment confirmation email will be sent as soon as your order is shipped and tracking information will be emailed within 24 hours thereafter.

 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You may track your order on our Order Tracking page. Please note that you will need your Order Number and the Email Address you placed your order with.

 

WOULD I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOM DUTY / TAXES?

We ship orders from different warehouses including United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, USA and Canada. Your order may be shipped from any of our warehouses depending on where the product(s) stock is kept and you may be required to pay any applicable duties and taxes on arrival of your purchase in your country.

THE PRODUCT I WISH TO PURCHASE IS SOLD OUT

I WISH TO CANCEL MY ORDER

Please log into your account and check the Fulfillment Status of your order. If order status is 'Fulfilled', your order is already on its way to you and can only be returned after your receipt. If it is 'Unfulfilled', please use any of the contact options to inform us as soon as possible in order to prevent the order being shipped. Click here for contact options. We will cancel your order and you will receive a notification email as soon as your order is cancelled.

HOW WE USE YOUR DETAILS?

We will only use your details to keep you informed about our latest ranges and special offers if you tick the required field on the registration page. We will not contact you by telephone unless it is regarding an order. We will not make your details available to any other companies or third parties.

In addition we will use your details to manage your purchase such as sending confirmation emails and delivering your goods. You can check the information we hold about you at any time by emailing us or logging on to your account. We will correct any errors promptly. VIEWING YOUR ORDERS

You can view your orders by logging in to your account, where your Order History is displayed. You will be able to view your order status checking the 'Fulfillment Status' column. You can also view, print and re-order items from previous orders.

 

RECEIVED A PORTION OF YOUR ORDER?
